Data Deletion Instructions

How to manage and remove your information from Tripzo CRM.

At Tripzo CRM, we value your privacy and give you full control over your data. You can request the removal of your account and all associated travel company data at any time.

How to Request Deletion

Step 1: Contact Support

Send an email to support@tripzo.com from your registered business email address.

Step 2: Verification

Our team will verify your identity to ensure the security of your company data. This usually takes 24-48 hours.

Step 3: Permanent Removal

Once verified, we will purge all your records, including customer itineraries and account logs, from our active databases.


What stays and what goes?

  • All traveler profiles and trip data are permanently deleted.
  • Your login credentials and settings are removed.
  • Financial records related to your Tripzo subscription may be retained for tax purposes as required by law.
